According to a 2010 Arbitron Study, digital place-based advertising’s reach dwarfs many prominent media and marketing platforms. More US adults and teens have seen a digital advertising display in a public venue in the past month (70% or 181 million), than have watched an online video anywhere (43%).
More people see digital advertising displays in public venues than have EVER sent or received a text (56%) or have a Facebook profile (41%). That is significant consumer reach.
HDMTV’s current footprint serves Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, and Nashville. Our displays are positioned in public venues that have more than 450,000 in monthly consumer traffic. That makes HDMTV by far the largest digital-placed based advertising network in Alabama.
The following is a look at the significant reach offered by HDMTV’s strategic venue types:
Medical/Doctor Offices: 58% of US adults and teens (151 Million) have frequented medical/doctor offices in the past month.
Casual Dining: 79% of US adults and teens (204 Million) have frequented a casual dining establishment in the past month.
Health Clubs: 22% of US adults and teens (56 Million) have visited a health club in the past month.
Retail: 72% of US adults and teens (186 Million) have visited a retail store/outlet in the past month.
And these numbers are growing exponentially every day. HDMTV’s goal is to reach more than 700,000 in monthly consumer traffic before the end of 2012, and drive more than 2,000,000 monthly impressions!
